Meet the Staff of Dr. Morris

Lori A. Zinno |
Lori Zinno moved to
Florida
from
Rhode Island
in 1986. She
had worked as an Oral Surgical Assistant since
1972 prior to moving to
Pinellas
County
. She
is certified as an Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgical Assistant, as well as in the
administration of Office Based Anesthesia.
She has been an essential part of our
office team, serving as Dr. Morris’ main
surgical assistant since her arrival in 1988.
Lori and her husband Tony have one “child”,
a four year old Cairn terrier named “SweetPea“.
Her hobbies include cooking and reading.

Mary L.
Morris |
Mary Morris has been a part of Dr. Morris’s practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1977. She is a certified Dental Assistant and is certified as an Office Anesthesia Assistant. She spends the majority of her hours supporting the front office, but she can be drafted to the clinical side for surgical assisting or anesthesia recovery.
Originally from Virginia, she has also lived in the Daytona Beach area, Dallas, as well as Pinellas County. Her interests include floral arrangements, holiday and party decorating, the raising of two cats, “Morris” and “Mimi”, and doting on her new granddaughter.

Karen Peek |
Karen moved to Florida in 2006 from Montana. She has been in the dental field since 2003 and worn many hats: Office Manager, Receptionist, Coordinator, and Assistant, and has obtained her Radiography and Expanded Functions Certificates here in Florida.
Karen and her husband Nathan moved to Florida with their two dogs Pepe & Greta to enjoy the sunshine and learn Portuguese. In her free time she likes to travel & explore new places, read, and
experiment in the kitchen.

Nichole Tucker |
Nichole Tucker has been a dental assistant for over three years and a surgical assistant with Dr. Morris since
late 2008. She is a certified dental assistant with experience in Endodontics as well as Oral Surgery.
She was born and raised in Seminole.
Nichole has a toy fox terrier named Snoopy and enjoys the time she spends with her family and friends.

Marlene Shock |
Marlene Shock is the most recent addition to our office staff. She was accredited by the American Dental Assisting Association and passed her dental assisting boards in 2000. She has been in dentistry as an assistant for several years, working in restorative dental offices, periodontics, and oral surgery. She serves on the Dental Assisting Advisory Committee at Pinellas Technical Education Center. She was raised in upstate New York has lived in Pinellas County since 1991.
She is married to Eric, has two children and four grandchildren. Outside of dentistry, she likes riding motorcycles, going to the beach, traveling, and reading.
